Luxury Contemporary Home Renovation in Hythe

Project overview

This extensive project involved the complete renovation and transformation of a residential property in Hythe, carried out to an exceptionally high standard over several years. The works combined structural engineering, bespoke craftsmanship, and premium finishes to create a unique contemporary home with outstanding architectural detail.

The renovation included the installation of structural steelwork, new brickwork, specialist glass installations, and a fully integrated green roof system. Internally, the property was fitted with underfloor heating embedded within polished concrete flooring, alongside beautifully finished Maple timber flooring throughout selected areas.

A number of bespoke features were handcrafted specifically for the property, including a floating staircase, spiral staircases, and a made-to-measure kitchen, all designed to complement the modern architectural style. An internal drinks lift servicing all floor levels was also installed, adding both convenience and a distinctive luxury feature to the home.

Externally, the property was enhanced with new terraces and balconies, bespoke oak fencing, premium cedar cladding, and a K Rend exterior finish, providing both durability and a refined contemporary appearance.
