• Quotes are based on the agreed scope and the information available at the time.
• If the scope changes, any extra cost or time implication will be discussed before additional work begins.
• Programme dates are agreed in good faith and may move if site conditions or related trades affect the work.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area as agreed.
• Confirm key design and material decisions in time for the project to proceed.
• Highlight any site constraints or access issues that may affect the work.

Delivery Standard

Work is carried out to the agreed scope and with reasonable care, using methods and materials suited to the project.
