How finished pieces are prepared, delivered and handed over.

Delivery and fragile items

Finished pieces are prepared individually. Delivery timing depends on the size of the item, the finish, the destination and whether specialist fragile handling is required.

Mirror-fronted pieces and other fragile items are handled with additional care. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times.

Delivery address

When delivery is selected, the order will be prepared for the address entered during checkout. Please make sure the address is correct and that safe access is available for arrival and unloading.

Collection

Where collection is available, collection is arranged by direct confirmation after payment. Please do not travel until collection details have been agreed.

Access and handling

If an item requires narrow access, stairs, restricted parking or special handling, this should be flagged as early as possible. Additional arrangements may affect timing.

Cancellations and refunds

If an order needs to be cancelled or refunded, this is reviewed case by case. Payment refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several working days to return to the original payment method.
